The Democratic Governance Area - AGD of the United Nations Development Program - UNDP in Colombia, does not have a Project Management Office - PMO (for its acronym in English), which is dedicated to matters related to the management of projects. Although the Area has within its main activities the negotiation, design, and management of projects from public or private resources and implementation of programs defined within the mission of the organization, does not have this instance.
Although great efforts have been made by the organization and especially the Governance Area in managing the projects in an organized and coherent manner; There are some important aspects that show that there is no formally institutionalized structure that performs the functions associated with the professional administration of projects. Under this scenario, and with the aim of improving the management and positioning of the Area in the UNDP, the need to propose the design of a specialized office that is responsible for developing and implementing procedures and methodologies that are necessary for the timely development is identified. of the projects, as well as the design of tools to systematize the implementation of good practices in project management. Although the objectives of the developed projects have been achieved, it has been identified that there are difficulties in the management and administration of projects that may be generated in the medium term; difficulties for the Area Management in negotiating new projects and the results of those that are being executed

Estudio de viabilidad financiera de la implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad al macroproceso de acueducto, en Sabanalarga Empresa de Servicios Públicos E.S.P. S.A.
El trabajo describe la necesidad de la implementación del sistema de gestión de calidad, y se establece como por medio de la ejecución del sistema de gestión de calidad la empresa puede lograr mejores rendimientos, minimizar externalidades y entregar servicios con calidad y continuidad.
Se inicia con la revisión literaria de fuentes primarias, secundarias y otras fuentes, de investigaciones realizadas con el fin de detectar, obtener y consultar la trayectoria de los sistemas de gestión de calidad, que pueden ser útiles a los propósitos del trabajo de investigación, así como extraer y recopilar la información relevante y necesaria que atañe a nuestro problema de investigación.
El trabajo de investigación continua con una revisión de los antecedentes normativos de los sistemas de gestión de calidad del sector público, las generalidades del servicio público de acueducto; y luego se describe la situación técnica y financiera que presenta la SEMSEP ES.P. SA contextualizando la situación objeto de investigación.
Se continua con la propuesta para la implementación del sistema de gestión de la calidad del macro proceso de acueducto, que inicia con un diagnóstico del macro proceso de acueducto, la evaluación financiera de la propuesta, y la planeación para la implementación de la propuesta

The study approaches key points on IT service delivery in a beauty care product world leader manufacturer and trading multinational company known as L'oreal. lt starts by identifying historical facts on the organizational change performed on the global basis of IT area and the further impact on the service delivery of each one of the countries. Based on the difficulties found in the organization, methods and standards for IT delivery service currently available in the business market are analized in order to spot the most helpful ones to serve as basis of a model tailored to meet the organazation needs. Subsequently, the authors outline the ITIL methodology viewing it as an adjustment method, and taking its most relevant aspects to develop a delivery service scheme tailored to Loreal needs which results in a technology service management implementation proposal oriented to solve the problems arising in the organization as well as to make improvement plans for IT processes.

In this approach, we analyze the information systems that support the public investment cycle (Adjusted General Methodology - MGA and Unified System of Investments and Public Finance - SUIFP), and it proposes what new elements should be included in both systems, with the purpose that the public projects are executed according to the objectives set, it has given a big benefits to the population studied.

This project aims to design a set of services aimed at prívate dental offices, based on the centralization of the clinical records of their patients from opening to closing in a digital environment, taking advantage of technologies such as mobile applications and Cloud storage From this, it seeks to improve the experience and approach between patients, offices and dental laboratories by reducing procedures, generating competitive advantages and allowing patients to easily access their file.
This proposal was designed under the design thinking method, covering the Research, ldeation and Prototyping phases. For the Research phase, both qualitative and quantitative research was carried out, the first oriented towards the construction of the frameworks that support the idea and the second applied in the collection of data that reflect the needs to be covered. In the ldeation phase, the Research Wall tools, and definition of lnsights were used, with which it was possible to group the information collected in common themes in an organized and categorized way. Finally, in the Prototyping phase mockups of the graphic interfaces of the technological solution in which the project proposal would be mounted were carried out.

This research work had its origin in improving the information security and privacy component in the Administrative Department of the Public Function, taking into account the lnformation Security and Privacy Model - MSPI, with the transformation of the lnformation Strategy Government Online to the Digital Government policy, led by the ICT Ministry. In fact, the analysis obtained from the realization of a diagnosis allowed to confirm that the entity is at an average maturity level with respect to the industry. One of the causes of this degree of maturity of security and privacy of information is that the areas and dimensions that are constantly exposed to risks and vulnerabilities of different nature, which affect the performance of the entity, are not identified. Taking these aspects into account, we began by investigating the strengthening of the security and privacy of information in the entities, an activity that allowed us to identify the criteria to protect the privacy of information and data, as well as of processes and people linked to such information.
