The current investigation attends to the analysis of the Interpretive Frames of Collective Action as a diagnostic basis of the Vision
2030 macro project of Tourism in Colombia. The main purpose aims to identify the shared meanings around the problem of
tourism planning in the country. The process was attended by key actors from both the governmental and private sectors that
were called by the Hotel and Tourism Association of Colombia -"Cotelco". They contributed to the National and Regional scope from a critical view, to the possible solutions seeking for future actions in the development of this activity.
The investigation highlights the concepts of governance, sustainability and competitiveness as transversal axes of tourism
planning in Colombia. The methodological process is explained and the ideas and feelings ofthe participants are exposed
according to the regions of interest, their role and their perspective at a national level. The development of interpretive
frameworks and their contribution as a tool for analyzing the current situation is also addressed. The results shown here can be
used as an input for new research projects, to be replicated or to deepen new scenarios of touristic research applied to a
territory, a fact or a particular issue.

Turismo sustentable, una alternativa para el municipio el Carmen de Atrato en el departamento de Chocó
La sustentabilidad en la actividad turística, se fundamenta en su capacidad de generar procesos responsables en la utilización de sus recursos naturales y culturales, garantizando un desarrollo territorial que permita generar beneficios reales para todo y todos los que habitan en ella. Esta investigación tiene por objeto analizar el turismo sustentable como alternativa para el municipio El Carmen de Atrato en el departamento del Chocó, con el propósito de aprovechar y conservar los recursos naturales y culturales, al igual que generar mayores beneficios para la población bajo unos principios éticos. Esta investigación tiene un enfoque participativo, para la cual se utilizaron entrevistas individuales y talleres comunitarios, los cuales permitieron construir la realidad turística del territorio La revisión teórica facilitó examinar, argumentar e indagar sobre la perspectiva de sustentabilidad, turismo sustentable y planificación. Como resultado se desprende la caracterización de las potencialidades turísticas, limitantes que han impedido que el turismo avance y los posibles lineamientos para su direccionamiento. Se concluye que es necesario aunar esfuerzos desde las comunidades, instituciones y el sector privado, para planificar y gestionar el turismo no sólo desde la realidad, sino también desde las necesidades del territorio.

Propuesta para el fortalecimiento del turismo cultural en San Jacinto (Bolívar) desde el enfoque de desarrollo endógeno
One of the destinations in Colombia that stands out for its cultural wealth is San Jacinto, located in the department of Bolívar. This destination is characterized by having sites and traditions that preserve ancestral values and customs to keep alive the historical memory ofthe territory.
Despite the above, in San Jacinto there are few efforts made to strengthen cultural tourism, which may become one ofthe reasons for its lag in economic and social development. In this sense, this project aims to design a proposal for the strengthening of cultural tourism in San Jacinto under the endogenous development approach, in order to promote, enhance and preserve tourism resources with this territoiy in mind.
In the first instance, a frame ofreference was design to defined the relationship between endogenous development, tourism, culture and how these influence the tourist development of a territoiy. Next, the capacities and context ofthe tourist system in San Jacinto (Bolívar) were analyzed, then the tourist offer of destination was characterized, and finally a strategy was formulated to strengthen cultural tourism in San Jacinto (Bolívar) from the endogenous development approach.

Propuesta metodológica para la medición de la capacidad de carga turística del Haynes Cay en San Andrés Isla.
This thesis presents a methodological proposal for the measurement of the tourist carrying capacity, taking as a case study the Haynes Cay, located in the Archipelago of San Andres, Providencia and Santa Catalina. The proposed measurement makes use of variables established in existing methodologies, and incorporates new variables and correction factors in the environmental, social and economic dimensions, in order to achieve a more comprehensive analysis of the territory under study.
The results of the thesis hope to contribute to the planning of the tourist attraction from the definition of an optimal carrying capacity, the zoning and the delivery of recommendations that allow the ordering of the cay to promote the tourist activity of the Haynes Cay under an approach of sustainable development.

Propuesta de planificación del turismo rural en el municipio de Vélez (Santander)
The research proposes the planning guidelines for rural tourism in the municipality of Vélez (Santander), which promote a cell of sustainable development based on local culture and the tourist potential of the rural areas.
The structuring process was limited to the parameters of qualitative research, resulting in the organization of work in five chapters. The first refers to the methodology applied in the theoretical and practical aspects. In the second and third chapters, the theoretical framework is included along with a characterization and analysis of the economic and political circumstances that gave life to rural tourism in the international, regional and local spheres. The fourth section summarizes the historical development of tourism in Colombia and the municipality of Velez, with its theoretical projects and practical scope, with its problems and achievements.
The fifth chapter describes the contemporary situation of tourism in the municipality of Velez and, after identifying the problems of the sector, it describes the community work, in the form of workshops, in the village Los Guayabos, which culminates with the creation of the tourist route "From natural sweetness to a cultural sweet".

This document is a summary abcut Colornbia's conflict, since independence age to last decade. lt presents how our country was born in conflict and how to evolution in the history. This internship report present three stage when the conflict begins, the first is when Jorge Eliecer Gaitan was murdered, when the country was evidenced the creation of the war groups with severa! ideologies. The second stage was communist with the Cuba revolution influence, and the war groups was firm up the military and the political strategic was growth. The third made a reference when the country lived the most terrible confrontation with illegal groups and the army. Almost, this report presents a small summary about differents groups that participated in the conflict at Colombia, and sorne laws about the progress to national negotiations to search the peace in Colombia. In the las! part, the reader could find sorne ideas why is importan\ that the territories planners would recognize the local history and identity when the tourism activity arrive as support to economic, social, cultural and environmental developed on communities who live many years in conflict and have differents solutions to the war problems in towns who open its territories to tourism.

Industria hotelera bogotana frente a las exenciones tributarias 2002-2018
Tourism is a strategic line for the Government, a viable option for sustalnable development, increased investment, regional transformation, foreign exchange generation, job creation and improvement of the living conditions of the population.
This work responds if publlc policy was beneficial for the country and the hotel industry, starting with the analysis of the Bogota hotel scenario; tax measures from 2002 to date, in relation to tax incentives for exemption from income tax; an analysis of statistical information within the period 2002-2019; to finally conclude that lnvestment increased by more than 600% creating an oversupply that affected profitability and FDI in the sector did not exceed 1% (Uribe & Galtan, 2013).
In conclusion, it Is consldered that the State's fiscal sacrifica should be quantifled and evaluated like other subsidies destined to equalize opportunities within society (Oliva, 2017). lt is necessary to determine the impact of the incentives from two categories: (1) effectiveness, that is, if they have achieved their objective of causing more investment and (2) efficiency, that is, that the cost does not exceed the net benefit.

Imaginarios sociales de la población local y de los turistas sobre el municipio de Villa de Leyva y su relación con la experiencia turística.
El municipio de Villa de Leyva, ubicado en el departamento de Boyacá, cuenta con relevancia a nivel regional y nacional, por su representatividad histórico-cultural; en él, sus habitantes reconocen sus valores culturales por medio de la interpretación de saberes, manifestaciones culturales y características propias de su tradición, los cuales forjan su identidad y les permiten reconocerse a sí mismos como parte de la comunidad villaleyvana, sin embargo debido a las dinámicas del entorno actuales también reconocen la perdida de algunas de sus características más importantes por la transformación gestada por las repercusiones sociales que se han generado a raíz de fenómenos como la globalización, la gentrificación y el turismo.
El análisis que se aborda identifica los imaginarios sociales sobre el municipio, considerando desde la perspectiva del poblador local los elementos que estima propios de su identidad cultural, su posición con respecto a la misma y como estos se han visto afectados debido a los cambios socioculturales.
Por otro lado, desde la mirada del turista se estima la percepción que ellos poseen, de acuerdo a la confirmación o negación de sus imaginarios sociales, respecto al municipio y sus habitantes y como estos influyeron en su experiencia turística.

Hacia un desarrollo turístico sostenible en la reserva forestal San Cipriano, Buenaventura
This thesis deals with a proposal for sustainable tourism development in the Tourist Use Area of San Cipriano Forest Reserve - TUASFR, in the District of Buenaventura, which is structured by three fundamental pillars - rescue of the ancestral knowledge, environmental responsibility and income generation - and three cross-cutting dimensions - tourist services, institution and community -. The proposal addresses a set of lines of action which, systematically organized and interrelated, will contribute to improve the ecotourism performance in the ZUTRFS Buenaventura District.
