- The present research work was based on the realization of a diagnosis of organizational culture in a Colombian company in the sector of games of chance and chance; seeking to establish the relationship between the values, norms, beliefs and symbols that collaborators have and compliance of the organizational mission. In that sense, it was established that these elements of the culture can affect positively or negatively the perception of the employees and therefore their performance at the time of achieving the purpose of the organization, so any change that is proposed in the culture of an organization must be carried out from the business strategy, and as such be defined through its mission, which must be aligned with the feelings of each collaborator.
