- Theoretically it could be determined that the climate organizational analyses phenomena occurring globally in the company, giving a view of the atmosphere of the company. This research allowed to understand the organizational climate and its impact on job satisfaction of workers. The behavior of the variables was identified as the style ofleaders hip, decision making the feedback which mus take over all strategic levels and itsatti ution in the organizational climate and job satisfaction of enployees of the company mining Texas Colombia. This research was conducted under a mixed approach were used techniques both of quantitative and qualitative methodology. He worked from a perspective in which validity of the revision of aspects such as the perceptions and opinions of the worker was obtained improvement plan focused on the design of policies and programmes lhat involve to the worker and the organization to promete a culture based on corporate values and thus strengthening corporate responsibility program.
