- The proposal, that the authors present in this work is based on the Importance that Project Management has taken in public and private companies and who this have been forced to have a more organlze project management to achieve the objectives, through to fulfill with the extended triple restriction: scope, time, cost quality, requirements or customer satisfaction and risk, inasmuch as, it centralizes and coordinates resources to satisfy companies necessities. Therefore, at first instance. the authors analyzed project management background in order to identify the best methodology that helps to solve the problem observed in the Chocó's Technological University, Diego Luis Córdoba (UTCH). Second, the authors measured the level of maturity in the projects financed with royalty resources considenng the PMI guidelines and the OPM3 model, this measuring was done through interviews to different project management leaders, With this inlormation, the authors identified the maturity level and designed procedures, formats and the different tools that the University could use to improve their Projects Management.
