- The colombian industrial environment sets a variety of operational and administrative problems, specially on PYME, such problems require attention and implementation of organizational management procedures that allow them to improve and grow in a widely competitive field. This work identifies the problems of small organizations that point to the lack of organizational regulations and standards that would allow them to develop in commercial and legal areas. The primary goal is to evaluate a small company that works with metal mechanics in the food industry and to contribute trough organizational development and human management tools to implement administrative and organizational process that help strategically to the company's growth, without implementing financial or bureaucratic structures that would affect the benefits. It is based on the well recognized theories of Perez (2003 ) and Calderon (2006) . The theories show that human management must be built as an strategic element to generate value and to contribute to the organizational identity.
