- As consumers are more concerned everyday about their own health and are constantly looking for consumption of natural products that help them feel better, new competitors have arrived in the Colombian market to respond to those who are seeking quality and fast options, without disregarding its nutrients and natural components. During the last decade, Bogota has seen a growing market for a variety of beverages and food made up of fresh fruits and vegetables. Willing to respond to current consumer trends in the capital of Colombia, and specifically in Centro International (a key business area in the city center), this business plan depicts all aspects of Mix 'n' Match, a company specialized in the production of salad fruits, natural juices and smoothies, combining original flavors but also providing the customers with the autonomy to choose their own recipes. The business plan goes through all elements needed to evaluate and carry out the project, that is, business description, market analysis, financial projections, organization management plan and technical plan, as well as legal requirements. Finally, the implementation plan is described, that will gather all aspects to be considered within the constraints of scope, cost and time.
