Evaluation and Meta-evaluation. The evaluation of learning must respond to a methodology according to the conceptual approach from which the curriculum proposal of a training program is supported, the objectives and training goals formulated, the methods of gathering and analyzing information, planning for development of the curriculum, the results and impacts obtained. Mainly classified into two major types, the formative evaluation and the summative evaluation (Scriven, M. 1991). And due to the complexity of the process, quantitative and qualitative data must be collected. But to confirm that the methods, techniques, instruments and tools are the right ones, the evaluation itself must be analyzed and validated. The meta-evaluation is the evaluation of an evaluation, it must include the whole evaluation, its methodology, the inputs, process, result, instruments to verify the efficiency, legitimacy and reliability of the results (Scriven, M. 1991). The research project develops a meta-evaluation in the Business Administration program of the Universidad de San Buenaventura Bogotá comparing the cognitive, practical and axiological components defined by the university with the components of the apprenticeship evaluations applied by the teachers through the exams, at the end of the semester.
