The public aducation transformation could not be possible without the constant updating of educators, since they are they main providers and defenders of aducation as a human right. It is not possible to think about a significant change in the education system without including a policy that guaranteos the access to post graduate programs for teachers. It is also essencial to take into account that the teachers' salaries are limited, especially if they want to access to academic programs of high quality, in order to be updated enough to participate actively in academic and professional exchanges. The three previuos administrations in Bogota, to this end supported a process of academic postgraduating training for public teachers that is worth to be evaluated regarding its development and impact.

This research is composed of the introduction and 5 chapters.
The first chapter describes the research problem, which follows from the following research question: What are the characteristics of institutional accreditation far Higher Education in Argentina, Chile and Colombia, according to the regulations in force far the year 2018?
In the second chapter the argumentative support that supports the central theme is exposed, in this case the institutional accreditation for higher education; the above, based on theory about evaluation, quality assurance and comparative education.
Chapter number three explains the research methodology, sample, population selection, type of research and analysis categories.
In the fourth chapter the analysis of the findings is developed and the discussion is extended in the light of the theoretical framework.
Chapter five presents the conclusions, recommendations and limitations of study.

This research project was carried out with students of the second grade at Santa Bárbara I.E.D school, based on a perceived problematic in which it was noted that students expectations about the future were demonstrating a significant change or neglect with regard to the projection to be had during the early years; according to this, it is meant to understand whether this alteration is the result of a contextualized image of their possibilities or, on the contrary, is the evidence of present features of "Behavioural Despair or Learned Helplessness". It was made to find if features as despair or pessimism are part of the dynamics of the pupils' life as potential factors that adversely affect future expectation and the development of their life plan, taking in to account their situation of vulnerability. This intention pursues an objective of prevention in the field of education understood as opportunity and transformative force. The results obtained show the presence of features of despair in some students; the pessimism as a catalyst that enables despair is a habit coexisting in a significant proportion of the group and from it, it is explained the presence of other features as motivational state which overwhelm and neutralize any action towards to the change or intervention of circumstances seem as negative.

Documento en el que Ernesto Ferro y Zea responde a las acusaciones que ha formulado Fabriciano Botero, ex gerente del Ferrocarril de Antioquia, en contra suya; y que a juicio de Ferro, están basadas en calumnias y malas interpretaciones de su pensamiento.
A lo largo del documento, Ferro y Zea sostiene que el uso de relatos falsos de parte de Botero se alejan de los sistemas leales de discusión y defiende sus posiciones respecto a la administración del Ferrocarril de Antioquia

Sistematización de la experiencia de articulación de la educación media en la IED Tom Adams
During the last decades the national government has paid special attention to the enrollment an permanence of the young people in higher education in order to provide answers to the social, cultural and economic problems, besides the requirements of the productive sector with regard to the technical training of the people to assume the vacancies. All this implies the necessity to join forces and create cooperation bands among the national government, and the middle school and higher education institutions to strengthen the public policies to benefit of the young people who once have finished their secondary school and do not have the chance to access to unviersity in an easy way at any technical, technological or professional level.
Due to this issue which affects the colombian State, the necessity for researching that let us know the strategies for accessing higher education for the young is emerging. Under this necessity, a sistematization of the experiences regarding the process of articulation of the middle and higher education has been carried out in the public-school Tom Addams in the years 2017 and 2018 in the agreement 1638 2017, endorsed between the Education Local Office and ECCI University.

Construcción de la memoria local para la enseñanza de las ciencias sociales a estudiantes de ciclo básico
Este trabajo explora el tema de la construcción de memoria local como posibilidad para renovar la práctica docente en el aula y restaurar puentes de aprendizaje con actores sociales que evidenciaron que en la localidad de Suba existen escenarios culturales, ambientales y sociales desde los cuales se lideran procesos en tomo al fortalecimiento de la identidad, la apropiación del territorio y la construcción de memoria. Construir memoria supuso salir de la escuela, recorrer el territorio y realizar entrevistas. Por eso, es importante reconocer que la escuela como mediadora de saberes, experiencias y recuerdos, no puede limitarse a ser el lugar para memorizar, sino que debe convertirse en el espacio para saber - hacer memoria a través de la valoración del entorno social como espacio educativo. La historia oral como estrategia metodológica para indagar el contexto local permitió reflexionar sobre la función social que cumple la investigación en la enseñanza de las Ciencias Sociales, como herramienta para crear conocimiento social y fortalecer la identidad local. Abordar el contexto social para construir memoria y re-significar lo local a través de la historia oral, permitió generar contenidos que acercaron a los estudiantes y a la docente a conocer su contexto y valorarlo.

Compilación de cartas y documentos presentados por Joaquín Chávez Chacón y Fidel Martínez, quienes en nombre de un grupo de padres de familia del Colegio Bolívar, de la ciudad de Tulcán (Ecuador), se manifiestan en contra de la determinación que tomó el obispo de Pasto, Ezequiel Moreno, de excomulgarlos.
A lo largo del documento, que conserva la ortografía de la época, se pueden leer mensajes que los ciudadanos de Ibarra enviaron a las respectivas diócesis de Ecuador y Colombia para solicitar la anulación de lo promulgado por Moreno.
