Descripción: El texto presenta un análisis sobre el corredor industrial de occidente, a la luz de la Ley 388 de Ordenamiento Territorial, formulada en el año 1997 e implementada en el año 2000. Esta investigación propone evaluar el componente de responsabilidad social y ambiental en del desarrollo industrial del perímetro urbano llamado Zona Franca o corredor industrial. En el contenido de este texto, se encuentran los beneficios y desventajas de la implementación de zonas francas, así como las posibilidades de desarrollo tanto para el territorio cercano a estas, como para el país en general.

The importance of this document in addition to formulating an improvement plan for the organization under study, is to demonstrate that, in order to carry out a digital transformation, it is necessary to evaluate various components, ensuring that they are aligned with the business strategy, and these in turn, they must work integrally to identify through the application of the tool the gaps or aspects that the Company must develop. The report excludes the implementation and closing of the gaps that are identified in the diagnosis.

The dynamics of the business world demand that project management organizations carry out evaluation processes on their level of maturity in these practices, in addition to generating improvement actions in those situations susceptible to change, and standardization, in those protocols that are developed in a way successful This is how the present work presents the results of the maturity evaluation of the CDGC regarding project management, supported by a mixed type research process, which allowed to demonstrate, then a triangulation of findings, that the organization has with a basic level in terms of KPM3, which constitutes an opportunity for improvement for the organization consisting of strengthening its strengths and reducing its weaknesses.
