Detective Duke sleuths out an unusual way to force Mrs Moggins out of the tree she is stuck in and Carl the Constipated Tadpole outlines Prime, Square, and Cubed numbers to help "pass" the time. In Dan's Body Battles the antibody soldiers in Flesh Base 2 learn the importance of proof-reading messages in order to get them right - even if it's urgent. After another rough day at the end of some shocking conditions, Nurse Skuttlefish gets her pronouns and prepositions confused and it does not end well. In "Tales of Words" a sad tree spirit begs an enchantress to bless her with skeleton and muscles so that she can enjoy the fruits of the tree she is guardian to, and then the evil Lord Hackworth helps Count Clockface become mayor so he can rid Robo City of rules and laws, (let's hope Timbot can hurry and save the day!). With old Clockwork Clive and Pickle-Nibbling Pete arguing that their own treasure is 8 times more valuable than the other, they didn't even notice the Cactus Jacks pinchin' all their loot! Issue twelve also contains posters about French Greetings and Romans Numerals.
