Muestra las diferentes condiciones en las cuales se realizó el tránsito por las primeras aulas, la forma en que se educó la generación de bogotanos que vivieron en los primeros 40 años del siglo XX.

This project analyzes the success characteristics of the entrepreneurs benefited from the projects financed by the Fondo Emprender, which determine the stability and permanence of the department of Arauca in the market. This goal is set due to the problem oflow profitability of the enterprises, which is manifested in the low competitive capacity, poor quality standards of the goods and services offered and short development and economic growth rates. In that sense, the question that guided this research was: Which are the characteristics of success ofthe entrepreneurs benefiting from the projects financed by the Fondo Emprender that define their stability and permanence in the market of the department of Arauca? Thus, through the qualitative approach, the research focused on the systematic analysis of in-depth interviews applied to successful entrepreneurs in the department of Arauca, who had been trained and funded by the Fondo Emprender. Likewise, the theory of planned action proposed by Gartner was taken as a basis for structuring the study, which identifies four key dimensions in this type of business: individual, environment, organization and process.
