- At present, in the organizations must be at the forefront of the changes required by the context, taking into account that an important level of competition between them has been generated, which requires greater innovation and flexibility in their work environment, which allows generating strategies in organizations that contribute to the welfare of employees. The importance of investigating this,specific issue is that people are faced with different conditions that are negatively related to the quality of life, which influence the performance of employees or their balance with their personal life. In this sense, this research paper shows how often, people look for an easier or more comfortable way that allows them to move towards their work or home, being immersed in a context where urban mobility is not a factor that contributes in a way favorable to the human being. lt should be noted that from the organizations it is evident to start working for the benefit of the employee, reviewing the different conditions that exist within. That is why, it is sought from this research, to innovate the practices that are currently used in a Higher Education lnstitution (hereinafter IES) and provide a proposal that allows you to be at the forefront of what your context demands
