- The Curricular Reorganization by Cycles (RCC) educational program seeks to reorganize the educational institutions of the Bogota city to strengthen their projects through team work by teachers in favor of the good development of educational processes, thus improving the quality of education . Therefore, this present research work evaluates the Curricular Reorganization Program for Cycles in the IED Los Belleza Los Libertadores, with the objective of evaluating the appropriation of the program in teachers and directives and determining its incidence in the institutional management to generate opportunities for improvement . The research is based on the CIPP model (context, input, process and product) of Stufflebeam, (1995), emphasizing three components: context, input and process. The conceptual referents of the investigation are approached from three analysis categories: the first one gives an account of the conceptions of evaluation of programs, characteristics, kinds, models and scopes of application; the second category is related to the subject of the program of the Secretariat of Education the Curricular Reorganization by Cycles and its basic components. And finally, it addresses the concept of institutional management and the areas of knowledge where school management is developed.
