- The educative systems are spaces of permanent argument between different actors as, the state, intellectual people and civil society, in which the contents that move around the classrooms have been an important part of the changes generated through the proposal that answer to the international dynamics of neoliberal globalization as the present hegemonic paradigm. In this global context, national and local, it's important what happens with the scholar social studies, because is a subject where students produce their speeches and actions, where they face the vision of the society subject, and in this sense generate the critic consciousness of the society. However, his construction in Colombia has been scattered and weaken, well, with the variety of strategies has succeeded to deprive the teachers from their academic and thoughtful ability as professionals of education, now that, there is a constant control of their "autonomy" and knowledge. The official documents about curriculum and the standardize exams have been the rule to continue with those strategies.
