This thesis is proposed as the purpose of articulating the conceptual review of job satisfaction with a modern theme that is at the forefront in the workplace: teleworking. This considering that everything that impacts human beings in their quality of life and work, has the potential to generate a noticeable result in the business sector. Thus, teleworking is becoming a milestone for many entrepreneurs because it presents tangible results in terms of productivity. These are thrown by those who today have adapted this modality as part of their lives. However, the change not only influences the company, but also does it for the worker and his family.
The aforementioned becomes a necessity that generates new research concerns form the theoretical and the empirical, since the available information is limited. For this reason, it is considered of academic interest to generate new knowledge through the creation of a measurement questionnaire with a high degree of reliability and viability that can fully calculate that job satisfaction, specifically in the group of teleworkers, and thus know the indices of satisfaction and dissatisfaction. In addition, it is important to measure the influence of internal and external factors on job satisfaction and that, according to these findings, companies can contribute to the welfare and satisfaction of their workers.
For the researcher, it is a challenge to find an answer to the problem proposed since the beginning of the study since, as mentioned above, there is a vacuum of theoretical and conceptual references of teleworking, related to instruments for measuring the job satisfaction of teleworkers. This implies making a whole construction of said measurement model contemplating its different dimensions.
