- This investigative work was developed in order to identify the needs of the organizational context in relation to the quality of working life, to design a program that would strengthen the labor conditions and generate business growth; based on those needs, it was possible to identify important categories of the quality of working life, where both the objective (work environment) and the subjective part (the human being) are proposed as an integrative bet that aims to the well-being of both the collaborators and the company; these categories are related to the work environments, organizational behavior, recognition and incentives, and the training and development as key factors to bet on a competitive organization. Organizing a plan of quality of working life invites us to rethink the notion of the contributor within the organization, and to generate spaces in which not only the recognitions are generated on an economic level, but on a social, emotional and familiar level ensuring better working conditions; the sample was applied to the 37 employees of the organization where it is possible to identify that for them it is essential to generate spaces of recognition and feedback on their performance and work carried out within the company.
