- Currently, the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit - MHCP, has a great challenge during the four-year period, and although it does not have a formal system, model or strategy for the implementation of the knowledge management policy, it has been advancing actions around the application of best practices, information management with the documentary process, training development and design of information systems with the use of technology, “actions that can be framed in a structured strategy”, which allows responding to both the challenges of business evolution, as to the objectives that the Integrated Planning and Management Model - MIPG mainly seeks. Thus, with the present document that contains the result of the study carried out in the MHCP, whose main objective is to identify reference parameters as input to strengthen the implementation proposal; as well as the identification of the state of implementation of the knowledge management policy in accordance with the guidelines of the Administrative Department of the Public Function and as from the guidelines of the digital government policy, as regards the “use and appropriation” strategy, articulates with the axis “tools and appropriation” of the knowledge management policy, to finally present the proposed strategy that includes recommendations that can be developed by the entity.
