- The National Unique Registry of Research (In spanish Registro Único Nacional de Investigación - RUNI), emerges as a proposal from senior management based on the demands of the Scientific and lnnovative Community, who claim Colciencias "now Ministry", lntegration, interaction, unification, homologation, centralization and search for The scientific production registered in different sources of information with the aim of promoting the improvement of access to information services to promote registration and participation activities in collaborative networks that strengthen the community and the country. In this sense, a technological structural model for RUNI was designed through an enterprise architecture exercise, based on the good practices of TOGAF, the guidelines of the Architecture framework defined by the Ministry of ICT and presidential directives based on digital transformation of the Colombian state. The exercise consisted of the identification and modeling of the current state of traditional legacy platforms, to be integrated into a proposed System that includes an articulated model between semantic Web, metadata and ontologies whose structure makes information a framework interpretable by agents human and technological, so that the entity is projected towards the trends of the fourth revolution.
