Companies face day to day questions about their behavior and their performance, which are reflected in the challenqes they have to face for the future of society, embarking on a new path full of struggle for survival, by external competitors and the difficulty of retaining human talent Therefore, we must be at the forefront of these changes, having motivational skills for our people and thus achieve continuous renewal.
The leaders or area heads of the operation, are responsible for bringing welfare to each of the Metro stores, however, there is no program that meets their needs, working for motivation, the implementation of programs and activities of well-being of which they can not benefit, therefore, a better work environment style will be built within the area, such as a welfare program proposal for the area managers of the operation of the Metro stores
