The analysis will be carried out for the development of a Biloxi variety blueberry crop, with BPA (Good Agricultural Practices) and BPM (Good Manufacturing Practices) standards, with prior control and monitoring by the ICA (Colombian Agricultural Institute) on a farm, starting with the sowing phase, followed by production or harvest until marketing at the regional level, with a view to exporting the product in the medium term. The possibility of having an offer of blueberries during all the months ofthe year becomes a business opportunity because the large producers of the world do not have this possibility due to the seasons, this crop will be economically profitable and sustainable, providing benefits to its investors and socially attractive for the development of the community where the project will be located, being a model to replicate that aims to encourage the development of the sector to have an exportable base.

El presente Manual de Aseguramiento de riesgos en el proceso de distribución nacional de la compañía Valentech Pharma Colombia S.A.S, fue elaborado bajo el procedimiento del documento de Guía de Administración del riesgo y diseño de controles para entidades públicas, versión 4, emitido por Función Pública en Octubre del año 2018, el cual fue adaptado a las necesidades y objetivos de la compañía, con la finalidad de minimizar, asegurar, transferir o anular cada uno de los eventos que se presentan en el proceso de distribución nacional del producto. involucrando a los terceros que participan en la operación y de tal manera aportar significativamente al cumplimiento de cada uno de los objetivos. Por medio de este manual, se logró diseñar una quía para la administración de riesgos que permitió identificar. gestionar y controlar los riesgos posibles o ya existentes con el fin de documentar, estructurar y dar trazabilidad a las medidas efectuadas. asimismo. durante el desarrollo del trabajo se dio el respectivo tratamiento a los riesgos identificados a través de la implementación de matrices e indicadores de gestión.

Based on the needs of the market regarding the management of medicines in the cold chain, we have thought about the cration of Logi Farma; a company designed for the transport of medicines in the cold chain, that will allow its customers to have the satisfaction of the correct handling of the medicines and the conservation of the suitable temperature during the process of transport; from the beginning of the chain to its final destination. It is designed to start its operation in the city of Bogota, with projection of operation at national level. The whole plan is designed so that in the second year of operation it starts with the recovery of the initial investment.

El presente documento de tesis analiza el nivel de progresión del concepto ecosistema a través del diseño y aplicación de una unidad didáctica en estudiantes de grado 7º para potencializar el desarrollo de habilidades lingüísticas en Ciencias Naturales. Para lograr este objetivo se plantearon tres fases que dan cuenta de las actividades realizadas durante el proceso de intervención. En la primera fase aprender a hablar en ciencias se aplicó un pre test para diagnosticar los presaberes de los estudiantes acerca de los elementos constituyentes de un ecosistema a pequeña escala y se realizaron actividades para dar respuesta a las dificultades respecto al componente sintáctico en la competencia escritora y a la expresión oral. En la segunda fase se llevaron a cabo acciones para contribuir en el proceso del componente semántico en la competencia escritora. En la tercera fase las actividades se relacionaron con estrategias para el desarrollo de la lectura literal, inferencial y crítica. Finalmente se aplicó un pos test para evaluar el nivel de progresión conceptual de los estudiantes de los elementos de un ecosistema y su respectiva interrelación.

Un Sistema de Autoevaluación y Autorregulación 'SAA' contribuye al fortalecimiento institucional a través de tres elementos: el establecimiento de criterios de calidad acorde al quehacer institucional y requerimientos en la normatividad nacional, un modelo de autoevaluación propio que cuenta con diseño estratégico y participación de la comunidad académica, y un modelo de aseguramiento interno de la calidad que permite la articulación y cumplimiento de acciones y estrategias derivadas de los procesos evaluativos como aporte a la gestión institucional y generación de conocimiento. Por lo anterior, se planteó cono objetivo generar una propuesta de atributos de los elementos de un SAA para una Institución de Educación Superior 'IES', fundamentado en el modelo de evaluación de Stake (2006), bajo el enfoque cualitativo con plan de análisis de corte cuantitativo, es de tipo descriptivo y usó los métodos de revisión documental, análisis de contenido y encuesta. Se evidenció que existe desarticulación de los elementos del SAA de la Institución de Análisis centrándose en la consecución de un fin específico, se realizaron estudios comparativos de estos elementos en otras instituciones y sistemas nacionales e internacionales, lo que permitió generar la propuesta la cual puede ser aplicada a cualquier IES con características similares

The research project analyzes the management of the teachers of the rural centers of the Departmental Educational Institution de Nocaima. In this way it has been possible to identify and recognize the work of teachers, inside and outside the classroom, in a rural context. As a result, alternatives are proposed for the improvement of teaching performance. Finally it contributes with the Educational Institution, because it shows a panorama in which the rural teachers are developed, allowing to rescue the positive reaches and to improve the conditions or difficulties from collective strategies that seek to benefit the Institution.

This research describes and analyzes the management performed by Colegio Bosanova IED for the implementation of the National Bilingual Programme (NBP). By means of a descriptive and qualitative research, this study characterizes the management strategies that the school have carried out, through the information contained in institutional documents, questionnaires and interviews. In addition, this research describes the national frame of bilingual policy in order to develop a depth analysis of the Programme management in the school. Finally, this study suggests actions to optimize the implementation of the NBP in Colegio Bosanova IED. This research found that the school has carried out actions from the four management areas (directive, administrative/financial, academic and community) that have made progress in the Programme implementation. Though these actions are related to the strategic management model, it is necessary to foster a deeper knowledge of the NPB aims and lines of action. It is also important to assess and evaluate the Programme implementation in the school, to establish agreements among teachers, students and parents in order to strengthen the participation of the whole community in the policy implementation.

The intervention aimed to implement a didactic proposal that articulated subjects like math. language and natural sciences in order to strengthen teaching in multigrade schools and the competence of solving problems in second and third grade in Departmental Educational Institution Misael Gomez. This purpose came after having made a diagnosis at an institutional level showing that rural primary schools have multigrade classrooms, where there is no articulation between the subjects. Also different aspects were analyze like the students capability to solving problems; reasoning and reading comprehension were at a low level within the external tests that are performed on students annually. For that reason, a didactic sequence was designed which is divided into three sections. the first two are divided into two weeks and the last one in a week. It has been made a plan for subjects like math, language and natural sciences giving three moments to the class (previous knowledge, class development and evaluation).

The intervention proposal in the classroom is made with 33 students of the second degree of the IED Santa Maria. A didactic sequence is designed, implemented and evaluated, which deals in the first instance with the requirements posed by the institutional pedagogical model. It also points from three stages (executor, iconic and symbolic) to the understanding of the algorithm of multiplication. The planned activities are organized in 7 sessions where emphasis is placed on activities that favor individual and group work, cross-cutting themes that relate learning from other areas to mathematical knowledge are taken up, great importance is given to the use of concrete material as a strategy didactic in the process of teaching mathematics.

As part of a currículum intervention for "IED Técnico Comercial Mariano Ospina Rodríguez" High School a didactic unit was designed for physics teaching in order to strengthen the competencies on "phenomena explanation" about the study of motion as structuring concept. The document of comprises five chapters. The first chapter is about the institutional diagnostic, lt contains a description and analysis of the pedagogic models and its relationship with the pedagogic component and classroom practices. The second chapter is about the problem found regarding to the lack of coherence between the curricular design and the teaching-learning purposes, that gives origin to the intervention. All of this under the conceptual framework in the master program in education and other concepts that were necessary to determine in consideration of the institutional context and its lnstitutional Educational Project (PEI), in order to provide the reader the scenario on which physics subject curriculum of the school was evaluated. The third chapter shows the action path that was established for the intervention through a didactic unit. The fourth chapter describes the way of how the experience systematization was planned, and the results of the intervention by sessions the categories established under the conceptual framework. Finally, the conclusion of the intervention on the scientific competencies strengthening and the conditions that have to be taken into account to continue the improvement of the natural sciences and environmental education curriculum, particularly the physics area.
