- Descripción
- The present of this study was to identify the relationship between psychosocial factors and the organizational climate present in the workers of a dermocosmetic laboratory. A cross-sectional, descriptive and propositive, non-experimental research design was used, according to the methodological categories suggested by (Hernández, Fernández and Baptista, 2010), applying the battery of psychosocial risk, proposed by the Ministry of Labour (2011); further, we conducted focus groups, knowing the worker’s perception of variables that evaluate the organizational climate. The quantitative results show that Demands of Responsibility of the Office with 78%, Characteristics of Leadership and Social Relations at Work with 65% and Feedback and Performance 58%, are found at high and very high risk levels; results that coincide with the qualitative data evidenced by workers in the focus groups. There is then a direct relationship between psychosocial risks and the variables of the organizational climate, because as the former are present, they generate conditions that alter the organizational climate. For this reason, an intervention proposal is designed that allows the improvement of working conditions, strengthening the safety, health and well-being of workers.
