This issue: 'It Stalks the Public Domain!' Al Lampini, proprietor of a traveling Chamber of Horrors, claims to have in his show the original Frankenstein monster, Dracula's remains, and a wolf-man. He consults attorney Mel Gaffe because of competition from other exhibitors, such as Dr. Hammer's House of Horrors, who also say they have these same monsters. To give his show an edge, Lampini brings Dracula back to life, then takes him to Gaffe, who quickly refers the count to W&B. Their task is to document that he is the real and original Dracula. Of course, that is obvious to all the other monsters, who are compelled to come to where Dracula is, creating a mob of vampires, wolf-men, and stitched-together monsters all heading to Lampini's carnival grounds near Greenwich Village and a final showdown.
