Cooperative Hypercube Queuing Model for Emergency Service Systems
Como herramienta descriptiva útil de la eficacia de los servicios de emergencia, el modelo de colas de hipercubos se ha aplicado en sistemas de muchos países, como el sistema SAMU de Brasil. Sin embargo, el modelo tradicional de colas de hipercubos y sus formas extendidas asumen que el proveedor de servicios realiza servicios independientes, careciendo de una descripción convincente de la situación en la que los vehículos de emergencia realizan servicios cooperativos (por ejemplo, NEPPHE en China). Para ello, suponemos que los vehículos de una misma flota inician y finalizan servicios simultáneamente y proponemos un modelo de colas cooperativas hipercubo (CHQ) que puede describir el estado de los sistemas de emergencia que aplican despachos multivehículo. Para verificar la precisión del modelo, aplicamos el software de simulación Arena en el caso de Wuhan. Los resultados muestran que el modelo CHQ puede ilustrar eficazmente el rendimiento cooperativo. Se realizan análisis de sensibilidad con parámetros más generales para revelar la aplicación del modelo.
