La Educación para la Ciudadanía y la Convivencia es una apuesta fundamental en la política educativa de Bogotá, como proceso que consolida la educación pública de calidad, la excelencia académica y la formación integral. Se desarrolla principalmente a través de la implementación del Plan Integral de Educación para la Ciudadanía y la Convivencia -PIECC-, en cada Institución Educativa Distrital de Bogotá. Los PIECC promueven reflexiones en torno a las relaciones de poder y la construcción de ciudadanía y convivencia, para generar procesos de transformación social desde la escuela. A través de este documento se sistematiza la experiencia de construcción del PIECC, reconstruyendo los saberes construidos por el Colegio ANIBAL FERNANDEZ DE SOTO (IED) que a través de la implementación del método pedagógico Reflexión-Acción-Participación analiza su realidad, define su núcleo articulador como horizonte de sentido y constituye un equipo dinamizador de facilitadores y facilitadoras de ciudadanía y convivencia que impulsan transformaciones en la realidad del colegio y sus actores. De esta manera se comparten los aprendizajes obtenidos y la proyección que propone la comunidad educativa para la sostenibilidad del Plan Integral de Educación para la Ciudadanía y la Convivencia

Nozomu's probably the most depressive man in Japanso depressive, in fact, that every little setback in life inspires yet another suicide attempt! But then why is being in Nozomu's class such a blast? Is it his quirky and endearing students? The bizarre adventures he leads them on? Or is there something after all to "the Power of Negative Thinking"?
