The ReMakia proposal is framed in the importance of promoting and strengthening artistic processes linked to memory and culture in penitentiary centers, through the search for alliances and the generation of workshops in which interested Persons Deprived of Liberty can find During his time in seclusion, a scenario that starts from his memories, from his experiences, towards the search for reformulation and denormalization of different situations that preceded him and that directly affect his daily life and decisionmaking.
It is based on successful experiences that, from culture, have addressed specific issues with Persons Deprived of Liberty both in Colombia and in Spain, France, El Salvador, among others, and is presented as a pilot specifically at the Male District Prison and Women's Annex, in order to have a short-term exercise that can be replicated in other correctional facilities in the city and in the country.
