Knowledge is the most intangible value for ali organizations and, therefore, it's essential to have a strategy and a clear model in order to perform. This assignment is looking to define a model of Knowledge Management for companies that possess an individual knowledge product of the training and experience from its collaborators, but they lack processes, methodology, and practices that help it become collective knowledge and contributes to meet organizational targets. Toe five derived strengths from the structure of H, Minzberg model, are the key elements in this proposal, strengths that should always be present to achieve balance and adequate configuration, finding out that the strengths from Learning and Training are the ones to contribute to Knowledge of Management model. In order to obtain such transformation, and, to avoid a loss ofknowledge, a model is set in a cycle ofsix phases alongside strategies like Participating Leadership, Corporate University, spaces that generate knowledge, incentives and recognition. It is proposed also an implementation proposal based on the methodology ofprojects, focusing on compromise anda permanent support ofthe higher directors as a key factor of success.
