This research project was based on the definition of the structure, roles and responsibilities of interna! Technological Services Working Group at the Direction far lnfarmation and Technology management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, searching far a way to adjust the interna! organization in arder to organize the activities carried out by the internal Technological Services Working Group and to diagnose the current state of the procedures implemented by this coordination. The project was methodologically outlined through structured interviews, as tools far qualitative research, in arder to diagnose the level of maturity and strategic ruptures, with respect to the IT4 + management model. As a result, current state of IT management and components requiring most capacity and effort were identified by people of the interna! Technology Services group. By applying methodological instruments and analysis of these, is presented a proposal far structure, roles and responsibilities far internal Technological Services Working Group at the Direction far lnfarmation and Technology management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, lncluded in IT government.
