This analytical descriptive research, explores on general skills (CLO) proposals by the Ministry of
national education (type personal, interpersonal, organizational, technological, intellectual competitions
and) business and entrepreneurship), and the CLO held in school, identifying such skills in graduates
and the analysis of its strengths and weaknesses in accordance with the requirements of its working
life, and the competencies listed in the IBP and manifesting to guide the teachers from the institution.
Concluded, that the school strengthens the personal, intellectual and interpersonal and empty the
technological, business and organizational features.

The research analyses the political and social factors of the process of formulation of the public policy of woman and gender equality in the Soacha municipality (PPMEGMS) leading to the approval by the Municipal Council only until 2015, four years after been initially formulated. Technical and methodological factors of the process of formulation of the PPMEGMS are analyzed, as well as the pertinence of the interventions formulated in respect of the reestablishment of the rights of the displaced women and therefore, its orientation to durable solutions to the forced displacement.
The main findings show: i) difficulties to conciliate political processes with civil society organizations processes, ii) low representation of women in scenarios of decision, iii) failures in the inclusion of rights of property of the women, which is essential in processes of reparation and restitution to victims of conflict, and iv) deficiencies in the interventions formulated to guarantee the economic rights of the women, regarding the reduced involvement of the private sector to create opportunities of formal employment for women in displacement situation.

La presente investigación es un estudio de caso de alcance descriptivo que busca comprender la Función Social a partir de la categoría condiciones de vida, que se asocia a los nuevos movimientos religiosos, particularmente de la Ciudad de Villavicencio y específicamente en la Iglesia Lugar de Adoración Cruzada Cristiana; partiendo de su problemática organizacional a través de la revisión documental y posteriormente se busca presentar los principales estudios y aportes encontrados sobre la temática, que permiten desarrollar la formulación del problema, objetivos y justificación las cuales aportan el sustento a este proceso investigativo desarrollado desde la Maestría en Gestión Social Empresarial; posteriormente son presentados los respectivos resultados derivados del análisis de la información a través del software de análisis de datos cualitativos, gestión y creación de modelos ATLAS.ti permitiendo resolver el problema de investigación planteado, para finalmente diseñar una propuesta de intervención dirigida a la organización.

The research project analyzes the management of the teachers of the rural centers of the Departmental Educational Institution de Nocaima. In this way it has been possible to identify and recognize the work of teachers, inside and outside the classroom, in a rural context. As a result, alternatives are proposed for the improvement of teaching performance. Finally it contributes with the Educational Institution, because it shows a panorama in which the rural teachers are developed, allowing to rescue the positive reaches and to improve the conditions or difficulties from collective strategies that seek to benefit the Institution.

The School Feeding Program (PAE) is a state food supplement strategy that has been implemented since 1968. The main purpose of this strategy is to substantially reduce dropout rates and improve the academic development levels of children and adolescents in the education system in Colombia. The (PAE) in the department of La Guajira has been covered by a stormy and growing a mantle of doubts during the last years, this, as a result of sounded cases of corruption and misappropriation of funds, reason why the capacity of the same for salve the problems of desertion and in particular, the malnutrition suffered by children in this part of the country, especially those belonging to indigenous communities, are very limited and ineffective. One of the tools used as a mechanisrn to offer plausible and viable solutions to this problem is the systcmic analysis of risks associated with the contractual stages of the PAE in the department.

This research develops the "analysis of the implementation of the integral migration policy - PIM Conpes 3603 of 2009 in the matter of returned migrants in Colombia" and has as a guiding approach the qualitative analysis that seeks to focus on the quality of the implementation of the Policy by Part. Of the competent institution for the effects experienced by migrants returned in the country during the years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014.
In order to develop this study, the phases that a public policy contemplated, such as: a) ldentification of the problem, b) Formulation of solutions, e) Decision making, d) Implementation and e) Evaluation were considered. However, the central analysis of the research focuses on the Implementation phase, where the different public policy tools related to the subject were studied and, in this way, possible improvement actions were identified that mitigate and diminish the negative effects experienced in the Return migrants and strengthen human capital in the region.
