Corpas, con área mayor en arpa clásica de la cátedra de Bibiana Ordóñez. En este concierto se vio cómo el repertorio solista para el arpa ha logrado consolidarse a través de diversos lenguajes, de adaptaciones y de obras originales, y al mismo tiempo ha permitido que jóvenes generaciones compartan su vitalidad con la audiencia. Interpretó obras de Johann Sebastian Bach, Nino Rota, Camille Saint-Saens, Luis Carlos Figueroa, Alphonse Hasselmans, Albert Heinrich Zabel, Moisés Moleiro, Henriette Renié y Gabriel Pierné.

La información contenida en esta obra es producto del trabajo investigativo fruto del doctorado en Artes de la Universidad de Antioquia. La primera inspiración para este libro vino luego de pasar una larga temporada en la Universidad de Arizona, en donde se encuentran todos los tomos del riguroso estudio: México visto por el cine extranjero (1987), del reconocido crítico e historiador de cine Emilio García Riera. Varios años más tarde, el brasilero Tunico Amâncio, quizás inspirado por Riera, también se acercó al tema de un país representado por otro en el cine internacional. En el libro O Brasil dos gringos (2000), Amâncio expone las dinámicas del estereotipo y el cliché brasilero en el cine de ficción mundial. La obra brasilera reconfirmó lo argumentado por el mexicano Riera; esto es, que los países que indagan por cómo son representados según la mirada de otros por lo que verdaderamente se interesan es por su propia identidad, comprendiendo que esta se forma tanto a partir de la mirada interna como de la externa.
