The document is composed of five part's, in the first chapter is the institutional diagnosis from which the problem of intervention arose, an analysis of the context that accounts for the academic situation of the educational center and the identification of needs and problems that arise in the teaching and learning of the IED Sabio Mutis. In the second chapter, the problem generating the problem situation to intervene, the delimitation of the problem, the guiding question, the hypothesis of the action and the theoretical references that contribute to the intervention. In the third chapter, the action route to the intervention proposal to solve the identified problem. The objectives of the intervention, learning purposes, participants, didactic strategy, planning of activities, assessment instruments and planned schedule are set. In chapter four, the systematization of the intervention experience, description, reflection on the pedagogical actions, systematization of the practice, evaluation of the proposal and conclusions that account for the results of the intervention that has been developed. The fifth chapter mentions some recommendations that may be useful for future interventions that you wish to carry out in relation to the topics discussed here.

This graduate work began with an institutional diagnosis of the IED El Triunfo, through surveys, interviews and focus groups of teachers, principals and students. In addition, from an analysis of the PEI and the Saber 2015 test results, ninth grade, finding that there is an ignorance and appropriation of the pedagogical model and the PEI by the educational community, as well as the unification of some criteria of the pedagogical component of the PEI and in the area of mathematics difficulties in the reasoning competence in the numerical-variational component. Therefore, it was decided to focus the solution on contributing in part to the aforementioned improvement of competence through the development of the justification (oral and written) in the solution of equations through an intervention that was made with ninth grade students of the institution, finding that the justification that most developed was oral. Finally, some conclusions, recommendations and a plan of action to be followed are presented to contribute in part to the solution of the problems detected in the diagnosis.

The intervention proposal in the classroom consisted of determining the perimeter and area of flat figures without length measurements. The intervention allowed to consolidate the basic concepts of flat geometry and the development of metric thinking through the use of Geoplano as a concrete material. The pedagogical process was carried out with the organization and execution of a didactic sequence that started with the recognition of previous knowledge, from the diagnostic test and the continuous monitoring in the learning levels of the students, until the verification of results through the application of the post test. These results show the learning and characterization of the figures as well as the recognition of perimeter and area concepts in different plane figures.

This document presents a pedagogical intervention, oriented at the design and application of a didactic unit that allowed the development of the ECBI methodology, in order to generate motivational processes towards the learning of sciences, approach to the concept of chemical reaction, in the 801 grade of the Educational lnstitution Santa Gemma de Galgani of the municipality of Caparrapí -Colombia. The analysis of disciplinary references was considered to address the concept of chemical reaction; and methodological references to identify some of the difficulties in teaching this concept Likewise, motivational aspects of students are referenced in front of natural science classes. In this way, a didactic sequence was applied that involved three pedagogical components: the teaching of scientific competences, teaching by inquiry (ECBI) and the development of communicative skills. The results shows the relevance of the methodology used to understand the concept of chemical reaction and the existence of attitudinal transformations in most students, generating positive changes towards the class. In addition, it was concluded that the improvement of classroom practices is essential and that there are other motivational (sociocultural) aspects that intervene in the classroom environment and in the learning process.
