Until now, Inuyashiki and Shishigami have walked separate paths with their superhuman abilities. But unhinged, isolated, and seemingly with nothing more to lose, Shishigami has turned his deadly powers on the entirety of Japan. As more and more innocent lives are threatened, Inuyashiki realizes that he may have to take a larger role as the hero people are calling for.
