The project aims to empower women in aspects: social, cultural, economic, emotional and ethical, through the different national government programs that cover the needs that are diagnosed in the collection of information. Taking into account the problems identified by the oil activities and regulations updates that must be fulfilled for each environmental components which oil sector has to use during its operation, it was necessary to review the changes included in Resolution 631 of 17 March 2015 issued by Minambiente, which are related to the water component, referring to the discharges made to the several bodies of water during hydrocarbon exploration and exploitation activities. Once identified, an analysis was perform taking into account the effects that this changes would have on the oil sector in case they have to modify their processes to effectively comply with the requirements made by Resolution 631 of 2015 of the Minambiente, especially already operative projects, since the competent authority can request updates in their processes in order get covered from the new requirements established.

eficiencia relativa de innovación y determinar perfil de cultura organizacional más frecuente mediante la aplicación del test de bridges a una muestra de 47 grupos. Posteriormente, se aplicó el método de triangulación a partir de la revisión de literatura, los resultados obtenidos y la aplicación de entrevistas con expertos del sector agrícola, con lo cual se presenta un modelo propuesto con una mayor conexión y comunicación con las cadenas de valor del sector agrícola. Finalmente, mediante un estudio de caso se determinó la aplicabilidad del modelo de innovación, mediante la aplicación de una encuesta diagnóstica de innovación diseñada para tal fin y el análisis FODA, para posteriormente hacer los ajustes necesarios y obtener el modelo definitivo.

El presente documento describe cómo el desarrollo de las habilidades de pensamiento favorece la producción de textos, con niños de tercer grado de la l. E. Julio Cesar Turbay Ayala. Se realizó un diagnóstico del nivel de escritura narrativa y se implementó una estrategia para desarrollar las habilidades de clasificación de la información, descripción de los textos, identificación de las características de textos narrativo (fábula). Posteriormente se realizó la escritura de textos iniciando con la planeación de los mismos, creando fábulas con los niños. Enseguida se realizó el análisis de la información recolectada en la intervención, y se presentaron los resultados de cada una de las categorías según los indicadores de la información recolectada con los instrumentos creados (matriz de escritura y Lista de chequeo de las habilidades). Los niños después de la intervención crean sus propias fabulas donde se aprecia partes de la estructura narrativa y con grados de narración propios para la edad de escritores en proceso.

The intervention entitled: “I read, I understand, and I learn" is developed with the aim or improving reading comprehension processes for students of 401 of the Hunza District School in Suba. This proposal was originated from the needs and problems of classroom specifically focused on the language subject. lt focuses on the appropriated handling of the multimodal text used as a didactic resource and a motivating factor for children that allows them to awaken greater interest and affiliation towards reading. It was applied through the development of reading workshops where the starting point is the visualization or videos, internet pages or films to then perform various tasks where the different cognitive strategies are trained, which are a fundamental aspect to develop the comprehension and interpretation of texts. The execution was in the classroom, the workshops were carried out in three phases and collection instruments were used to measure the results achieved and systematize the experience. Satisfactory results were obtained with advances evidenced through the preparation of the final portfolio of each student, where products of authorship of the children were obtained, which are projected to generate an impact in cycle two, with a view to complementing with the inclusion of other subjects and Sustainability or the intervention.
